A LITTLE CONTEXT
Nine years in customer-facing sales and support taught me to ask better questions, explain the complicated parts, and find out what someone actually needs.
Now I bring that same approach to software. Over the past three years, I’ve built and supported systems across payments, medical transport, government, and public health.
I work across the stack, stay close to the people using the product, and use AI tools with the same expectation I apply to my own code: understand it, review it, and test it.
THE PATH SO FAR
Production web, mobile, kiosk, and backend systems for POS, payments, and medical transport. React, Angular, Ionic, C#/.NET, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL.
Shipped a real-time driver PWA on Azure with offline sync and bilingual workflows. Built printer and scanner integrations. Verified a payments database migration with a 17-table smoke test.
Author and evaluate terminal-based benchmark tasks for coding agents and document reproducible failure modes.
Contract work alongside my production engineering role.
Angular and TypeScript workflows for a document-driven investigation platform using Azure Document Intelligence and Blob Storage.
Translated requirements into reusable UI components and validated APIs against Docker and Oracle environments.
Angular features for the Bioportal public-health platform in the Epidemiology Division.
JWT-secured workflows, SQL-backed forms, and GitLab CI/CD with code review on a shared monorepo. This was a separate engagement from Require Technology.
Government-facing C#/.NET and SQL Server applications, from requirements clarification through release and maintenance.
Partnered with product, QA, and business users to reproduce defects and explain technical constraints. Delivery through Azure DevOps.
A React-based online learning platform for students, teachers, and administrators.
Wrote regression cases, documented reproducible defects, and moved browser testing from Cypress toward Playwright.
